  • For bonus offers, there are usually a few steps you must complete before the bonus funds are added to your account.

    There, under “Active Bonuses,” you’ll find information about the steps you need to complete before the bonus funds are added to your bonus balance.

  • 3. I made a deposit but didn’t get the welcome bonus – why is that?
  • Please make sure that you have:

    Deposited into your Sports Cash account

    Used the correct bonus code

    Turned over (wagered) your deposit amount as required in the bonus terms

    Waited until the bets placed to meet the rollover requirements are settled (no longer open)

    You must complete these steps for the bonus funds to be added to your bonus balance.

  • 4. Can I withdraw the bonus?
  • Generally speaking, your Sports bonus and any winnings generated from it will be transferred to your Sports Cash balance once you’ve completed the rollover requirements, and will become available to use in any way you wish.

    However, always read the terms of your Sports bonus to double check whether the bonus amount itself becomes withdrawable, or if it’s made void once the rollover requirements are met.

    Additionally, free bets are not stake-returned, meaning that you receive only the winnings from using them, not the value of the free bet itself. For more information, check out the answer to the question “What’s the difference between a bonus and a free bet?” below.
  • 5. Can I use my bonus to place any bet I want?
  • Sports bonuses can be used to place sports bets according to the T&Cs of the specific promotion, or to play in the “Games” section. Sports bonuses cannot be used to play in the Casino and Live Casino sections. The same applies to free bets.
  • 6. What’s the difference between a bonus and a free bet?
  • i.Sports bonuses – these are added to your “Sports Bonus” balance and will be used to place bets only if you have no real money balance in your account. These can be used in small portions or placed as one bet for the entire amount, and there are rollover requirements which must be met for the bonus and winnings generated from bets placed using it to become withdrawable. If a withdrawal is requested before the rollover requirements of the bonus are met, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be cancelled and removed from your account.

    ii. Free bets – these are added to your “Free bets” count and can be used to place bets before using your real money balance. A free bet must be used in its entirety to place one bet for the entire free bet amount. If only a portion of the free bet is used, the rest of the amount is removed from your account automatically. Once a free bet is credited, there are no additional rollover requirements, so any winnings generated from a free bet are immediately transferred to your real money Sports Cash balance and can be withdrawn. Unlike Sports bonuses, the free bet amount itself is not available to withdraw – only the winnings generated from it.
  • 7. What are “rollover requirements”?
  • Once a Sports bonus is credited to your bonus balance, there are rollover requirements which are specific to each bonus.

    Usually, it means the bonus amount, or the sum of the deposit and the bonus amount, must be turned over (wagered) a certain number of times on specific bet types, events, odds etc. Once these qualifying bets are settled as either won or lost and the required amount has been turned over, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be transferred to your real money Sport Cash balance.

    Every bonus has different rollover requirements, so make sure to check the T&Cs of the relevant one.
  • 8. Can I place a bet with both real money balance and bonus balance?
  • Yes, you can – just remember that Sports bonus funds will only be used when you have no remaining real money balance to complete the bet.

    In such cases, if the bet wins, then the real stake is multiplied by the odds and that amount will go to your real money Sports Cash balance, while the bonus part of the stake will also be multiplied by the odds and that amount will go to your Sports Bonus balance

    If you have a free bet, it will be used before your real money balance and you can combine the free bet with real money balance in a similar way to how Sports bonuses work.

    If a bet placed with a free bet and real money balance wins, the entire stake is multiplied by the odds, from that amount the free bet stake is then deducted, and the remaining amount is credited to your real money Sports Cash balance.
  • 9.Where can I see how much of the rollover requirements I still need to complete?
  • You can view your remaining rollover requirements in the “My Account” menu (accessed by clicking your name in the top bar when you’re logged in) and selecting “Bonus Information”.

    Find your bonus under the “Active Bonuses” tab.

    At a glance, you’ll see the bonus expiration date as well as the “Left to Turn Over/Roll” amount. Please note that this amount does not factor in any open bets which may affect it, as only settled bets count towards rollover requirements.

    For more details on rollover requirements, click the 3 dots menu on the right of the “Left to Turn Over” amount.
  • 10. Can I place a bet with both real money balance and bonus balance?
  • Yes, you can – just remember that Sports bonus funds will only be used when you have no remaining real money balance to complete the bet.

  • To count towards the rollover requirements, your bet must be:”.

    a) Placed with real money or with your Sports bonus funds (bets placed with free bets do not qualify).

    b) At odds equal to or greater than the minimum odds as stated in the bonus T&Cs

    c) On eligible markets as stated in the bonus T&Cs

    d) Settled as either won or lost

    e) Not: cashed out (fully or partially), void, cancelled, or drawn

    If your bet met all the requirements and still did not count towards the bonus rollover, please contact our 24/7 Customer Support for further assistance, stating the I.D. of the bet/s so that the representative can efficiently assist in checking and clarifying the matter.
  • 12. I placed a few bets with the bonus and they will be settled after my bonus expires – what happens with them?
  • These bets will be settled as usual, but since the bonus will have expired, any funds in your Sports Bonus balance and corresponding winnings from the expired bonus will be forfeited.

    It’s therefore recommended that you contact Customer Support and ask to void these bets well before the events take place (while the bets are still open and the results are unknown) in order to have the bonus balance restored, so that you can then use the funds to place bets which will be settled before the bonus expires.
  • 13. I placed a few bets with my real money balance and they will be settled after the bonus expires. Will they count towards the rollover requirements?
  • No, to count towards the rollover requirements of a bonus, all qualifying bets must be settled within the validity period of the bonus.
  • 14. How long do I have to complete the rollover requirements?
  • Usually this will be stated in the specific terms of the bonus you received. If this information is not stated, the rollover requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days.

    To be sure, check the bonus T&Cs link and check the bonus rollover requirements in “Bonus Information” under the “My Account” menu.
  • 15. I wagered the required amount but my bonus has still not been transferred to my Sports Cash balance – why is that?
  • It could be that some of the bets you placed did not count towards the rollover requirements – there are several reasons for why bets do not qualify.

    For example, cashed out bets, void or cancelled bets, pushed bets, or bets placed with a free bet don’t qualify.

    It could also be that some of the bets you placed are still open, so they will only count once they are settled.

    When it comes to the welcome bonus, your bets can each contribute a maximum of 50% of the bonus amount towards the rollover required. For example, if the bonus amount is ?100, the maximum amount that each qualifying bet can contribute towards the rollover requirements is ?50.

    It could also be that some bets qualified towards another bonus in your account. You can check how many active bonuses you have in the “Bonus Information” section under the “’My Account” menu (accessed by clicking your name in the top bar when you’re logged in).

    Finally, check the T&Cs of the bonus to make sure the bets you placed meet all the requirements.
  • 16. My bonus disappeared – how come?
  • It could be that your bonus expired before you managed to complete the rollover requirements. Check your bonus history in “Bonus Information” under the “My Account” menu (accessed by clicking your name in the top bar when you’re logged in).

    Another reason might be that the bonus was cancelled due to a withdrawal request submitted before meeting the bonus terms.

    And one last possibility – if you have no open bets, no remaining balance and your bonus balance is lower than ?100, the bonus is cancelled and the remaining amount is transferred to your real money Sports Cash balance.
  • 17. How do I use a free bet?
  • Once a free bet is in your account, you can use it to place one bet for the entire amount. Free bets usually have specific terms regarding which selections they can be placed on. You can find these terms in “Bonus information” under the “My Account” menu (accessed by clicking your name in the top bar when you’re logged in). Under the “Active bonuses” tab, find the free bet and click the 3 dots menu for additional information.

    To use your free bet, select the bet you wish to place it on, then in your bet slip click the dropdown menu option: “Select Free Bet”, click on the name of your free bet and proceed with bet placement.

    Remember – free bets must be used in their entirety. If you enter a stake which is lower than the free bet amount, the bet will be placed and the remaining free bet amount will be cancelled and removed from your account.
  • 18. I saw an offer which requires me to opt in – how do I do that?
  • Log into your account and make sure that you have funds in your Sports Cash account. Then access the page of the relevant offer and click the “OPT IN” button which will appear there and continue according to the terms and conditions specified on the promotion page.
  • 19. How do I use a free bet?
  • Once a free bet is in your account, you can use it to place one bet for the entire amount. Free bets usually have specific terms regarding which selections they can be placed on. You can find these terms in “Bonus information” under the “My Account” menu (accessed by clicking your name in the top bar when you’re logged in). Under the “Active bonuses” tab, find the free bet and click the 3 dots menu for additional information.

    To use your free bet, select the bet you wish to place it on, then in your bet slip click the dropdown menu option: “Select Free Bet”, click on the name of your free bet and proceed with bet placement.

  • 20. I don’t want any bonuses – how can I ask to be excluded?
  • You can contact our 24/7 Customer Support team and state that you’d like to be excluded from receiving Sports bonuses, Casino bonuses or both. At the same time, you can request to be excluded from promotional emails if you wish.

    If you change your mind later on, you can contact Customer Support at any point and cancel your request.
  • 21. I deposited with a bonus code but I don’t see the bonus in my account – what do I do?
  • After entering the bonus code when you make your deposit, you usually need to turn over (wager) the deposit amount at specific odds before the bonus funds are credited. Check the bonus information and availability in “Active Bonuses” under the “My Account” menu (accessed by clicking your name in the top bar when you’re logged in).

    If it isn’t available, it could be that you deposited to Casino, in which case using a bonus code for a Sports bonus will not activate the bonus in your account. If that’s the case, contact our 24/7 Customer Support team for assistance.
  • 22.Can I use my real money Sports Cash balance to activate a Sports deposit bonus?
  • In this case, you need to make a fresh deposit to your Sports Cash account and enter the code of the bonus you want to activate.
  • 23.Can I use my real money Casino balance to activate a Sports deposit bonus?
